Does Hölmetrics collect or store any private information?

All the information we access is property of the company. We do not access any personal private data of any kind. We do not collect, store, or read any content from your work ecosystem. Hölmetrics works by analyzing anonymized organizational metadata in aggregate on our client’s cloud server.

How exactly does Hölmetrics access data?

Most of the information collection occurs through the Hölmetrics app for Microsoft365, Google Workspace or Slack.

Is Hölmetrics an employee surveillance tool?

No. Hölmetrics does not monitor or surveil employees. We do not monitor employee actions, internet behaviour, location or communication. Hölmetrics provides insight into employee wellbeing at a group or team level and does not provide any information on employees individually.
